Everything is subject to change (including the name of the town); but we must have a starting point and this is it! This Mission Statement has not been agreed upon by all... We will need to all decide what we think best conveys our message and objectives!
Once we all decide our Mission Statement conveys what we want, we can begin the next steps which will include defining the city charter, selecting a location and determining the financial resources requirements needed to complete the project.
