  Closed: Blaqsbi Reward Store

Hello Blaqsbians,

I first want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the loyal members who have been with us from the inception of this platform. This goes triple for members who have invested their hard earned money to purchase Bmunts. Again thank you to all.

Blaqsbi has been operational for four years and one month and in that short time we have seen many ups and far more downs. It has been an uphill battle to get the traction needed to successfully sustain this platform at the current level. The reality is that I am incapable of producing a product that attracts enough of us to justify the cost of maintaining current feature sets.

With that being said. We are taking measures to tighten our belt so that we can keep Blaqsbi running as long as possible. Over the next few months we will be turning off some of our expensive features such as the Reward Store, Video Conferencing, Live Streaming etc.

Starting immediately our Reward Store will no longer have any items that can be redeemed. This means that although your activities will continue to earn you Bmunts, you will NOT be able to redeem any items including Bitcoins, PayPal credits or any of the Blaqsbi merchandises. I hope this is a temporary solution that, in the long run, will allow us to get stronger.

I apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you are patient and understanding as we make the necessary adjustments

Again. Thank you for your continuing support.

"Gutter Child"

Gutter Child uncovers a nation divided into the privileged Mainland and the policed Gutter. In this world, Elimina Dubois is one of only 100 babies taken from the Gutter and raised in the land of opportunity as part of a social experiment led by the Mainland government. But when her Mainland mother dies, Elimina finds herself all alone, a teenager forced into an unfamiliar life of servitude, unsure of who she is and where she belongs. Elimina is sent to an academy with new rules and expectations where she befriends Gutter children who are making their own way through the Gutter System in whatever ways they know how. When Elimina's life takes another unexpected turn, she will discover that what she needs more than anything may not be the freedom she longs for after all. Richardson's Gutter Child reveals one young woman's journey through a fractured world of heartbreaking disadvantages and shocking injustices. Elimina is a modern heroine in an altered but all too recognizable reality who must find the strength within herself to forge her future and defy a system that tries to shape her destiny.
