It's also important that we highlight the cost of pretending. What has this stolen from us ? How many people have spent years decades waiting for divine intervention that never came. How many people have stayed in toxic marriages because they were told God hates divorce ? How many people never pursued their dreams because they were told to the weight on the lower. How many of us have lost relationships, family, friends, and even entire communities because we couldn't keep pretending. And then there's the mental exhaustion, the burden of constantly convincing yourself that what you feel, see and know deep down isn't real. How many people have lost themselves completely because they were never are allowed to be authentic. And the worst part, when people wake up when they finally step away from the faithful delusion, they grieve not just because they lost hope or they lost God, but because they realize how much time was wasted, not living, not loving, and not truly learning. They realize how much of their life was spent living in a delusion, and that can be devastating. But there's also a societal costs, their laws and policies that have been shaped by fictional beliefs instead of real world needs. Their science that has been delayed or rejected because it contradicted Scripture. Entire generations have been trapped in generational cycles of ignorance and fear because questioning has been subverted with pretending. If pretending has cost us this much. What else are we willing to lose before we finally wake up ? If belief has become for so many a cost play of psychosis, then the greatest danger isn't the belief itself. It's the cost of questioning it. Because here's the reality, Cati share believe, inspire blacks be.
