Our bodies are made up of seven chakras and the most important one among them is the sixth one, the third eye.

Also known as the 'Ajna chakra', our third eye is considered to be extremely powerful because it is a potent source of intuitive wisdom which can guide you towards creative pursuits, do away with negativity, provide knowledgeable insight and perhaps lead you to the highest form of intelligence helping open your eyes towards what needs attention.

When acting in full force, the third eye can help you see clearly, clear mental blockages and also improve mental flexibilities.

In fact, the third eye has been hailed as the most important form of sense in many cultures and activating it is considered to be the most crucial. In the video are 2 ways to activate your Pineal Gland!
Sadhguru: How to Open the Third Eye? | Sadhguru Answers

The best way of opening up your Third Eye 👁

Third eye meditation, just like any form of meditation requires you to stay put in a calm environment and rake in the benefits of soothing sounds and vibes.

To begin with, start by sitting in a comfortable position atop a chair or the floor. Keep your spine erect, shoulders relaxed and the hands-on the knees. Jaw, stomach and the face should be totally relaxed and open to the positive energy.

Start by lightly bringing together the index finger to the thumb and close your eyes, gently. Next, breathe slowly. Inhale, exhale through the nose.

With the eyes still closed, try to look up at the third eye, located just between your eyebrows. You can also make use of your fingers to locate the exact point.

Next, breathe slowly and channelize your gaze and concentrate on this point. Continue to do so until you spot a white or a bluish-white light to appear or surround you.

As you do so, you enter a transcendental form of healing, where your concentration will be at its highest and most effective.

This is the state when you would want to let go of bad energies, thoughts and simply focus on maximizing the potential of the Ajna chakra. The focus should be on your priority.

Stay in this position for 10-20 minutes, at a stretch. Relaxing music can be used to further channelize your concentrative powers.

Post this, end the session by exhaling a deep breath, bringing the palms together in front of the heart and return back to the first position.

Blink your eyes open and stay in this position for a second or two, before continuing with your regular activities.

Doing this simple activity every day, either in the morning or before retiring for the night can work wonders and heal your chakras.

Unlike the rest of your brain 🧠, your pineal gland is not separated from the rest of the body by the blood-brain barrier.

It actually has one of the richest supplies of blood, so it is not protected from toxins that can build up in the body over time. Therefore, your pineal gland has the potential to clog, or calcify.

Fluoridated water is one of the main causes of pineal gland calcification.

When your pineal gland calcifies, you are potentially at risk for a host of health concerns, including neurological diseases such as autism, depression, dementia, anxiety disorder, and Parkinson’s disease.

This is why some have a disconnect with NaTuRe and have a Xenophobic nature with the desire to kill for no reason!

The common thread is that all of these diseases are associated with abnormal sleep patterns, which are directly linked to pineal gland dysfunction.

Disturbances of circadian rhythms and sleep play an important role in various types of mood disorders.

Melatonin’s involvement in mood regulation has been shown in many studies, including studies proving melatonergic antidepressants (MT1/MT2 melatonin receptor agonist and 5-HT2c antagonist) are effective on various types of mood disorders.

Neurological disorders... Calcification of the pineal gland may play a role in neurological diseases including dementia, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, and Parkinson’s disease.

In fact, some health authorities say pineal gland calcification is a serious concern and potentially a major risk factor for neurodegenerative disorders.

Melatonin is known to inhibit the formation of amyloid plaques, so it may be effective in the prevention of Alzheimer’s.
