* **Talk to your friends, family, and colleagues about racism and discrimination.** The more people who are aware of the problem, the more likely we are to make progress. Talk to the people in your life about your own experiences with racism and discrimination. Talk to them about the ways that racism and discrimination affect Black and Brown people.
* **Support organizations that are working to fight racism and discrimination.** There are many organizations that are working to make the world a better place for Black and Brown people. Donate your time or money to these organizations. Volunteer your services. Spread the word about their work.
* **Hold your elected officials accountable.** Elected officials have a responsibility to represent the interests of all of their constituents, including Black and Brown people. If your elected officials are not doing enough to fight racism and discrimination, let them know. Contact them and let them know how you feel.
* **Be an ally to Black and Brown people.** One of the best things you can do to make the world a better place for Black and Brown people is to be an ally. This means speaking up against racism and discrimination when you see it. It means standing up for Black and Brown people when they are being treated unfairly. It means listening to Black and Brown people and learning from their experiences.

These are just a few ideas of how to make the world a better place for Black and Brown people. There are many other things that can be done. The most important thing is to start taking action. We all have a role to play in creating a more just and equitable society.

**Here are some specific actions that can be taken to make the world a better place for Black and Brown people:**

* **Support businesses owned by Black and Brown people.** This helps to ensure that Black and Brown people have access to economic opportunities.

* **Call out microaggressions.** Microaggressions are everyday slights and indignities that can have a cumulative negative impact on Black and Brown people. By calling them out, we can help to create a more respectful and inclusive environment.
* **Be mindful of your own privilege.** It is important to be aware of the ways in which your race or ethnicity may give you certain advantages in society. This awareness can help you to be more understanding and supportive of Black and Brown people.

I would like to request for help to be assisted for the sake of my mother's health. She is sick with chronic Asmatic condition which makes her life difficult with prolonged cough. We wish to request for help to relocate her from our rular areas which is very cold and difficult for her to survive. All the triggers of her condition are present in that area. Helping her out to relocate will be the number one help. Thankyou in advance for your kind gesture towards a sick mother.
