Mohammed Kudus was twice late for training last week and requested a transfer from West Ham amid interest from Tottenham, according to The Guardian.
Sky Sports News reported Tottenham agreed a deal with West Ham to sign Kudus earlier this week, with the fee understood to be around £55m.
Kudus is set to begin his medical with Spurs on Thursday ahead of signing a six-year contract.
