Beware of White Supremacists and Thought Replacement Therapy

So, Western countries recently banned travel from ten African nations sighting the discovery of a new Covid 19 variant they’ve named Omicron. This new variant, just like the last one was suspiciously first discovered in South Africa. Are they trying to scapegoat Africa as the world’s pandemic incubator and therefore deserving of ostracization and medical exemption? If so, then they will learn a critical lesson about pandemic diseases since they obviously didn’t learn from pandemics that have happened before. It would seem that white supremacists are suffering from the same ailment that most Black people suffer from, which involves an over-reliance on Thought Replacement Therapy.

Thought Replacement Therapy is a non-medical term that the HERU Interface of Black Consciousness has coined to refers to the human propensity to voluntarily try to forget trauma by glossing over bad memories by trying to create happy ones. This mental activity is a normal human instinct so of course there is nothing wrong with burying bad memories under tons of good ones. The problem is that bad memories will always have the potential to reoccur if the conditions surrounding the creation of bad memories are never accounted for.

Accountability for one’s actions is a key variant in keeping human conscience active. When people are not accountable, their conscience gets suppressed and Ideology grows and flourishes. Black and African people need to be very careful of relying on Thought Replacement Therapy to help us navigate the adversities of life. We use it in cases of genocide such as the one that occurred in Rwanda. All Rwandans are being encouraged to not discuss the genocide in tribal terms. This eliminates the possibility of placing blame and making one group feel bad more than the other. This is great for creating a happy society but what happens when the tribal animosities that have never died, begin to flourish again through the spreading of hate ideology?

Thought Replacement Therapy is being used by Black people in the Americas to alleviate the trauma of slavery, discrimination, and racism. It is also being used by Africans to alleviate the trauma, tribalism, and poverty caused by colonization. In Central and South America, we’ve created enormous musical festivals where we sing, dance, and get drunk in the name of freedom. In North America, we’ve pursued individual wealth in Sports and Entertainment over collective Black financial and political empowerment. Now because white people were never held to account for slavery, they have reversed the scales and are actively using Thought Replacement Therapy against us.

White supremacists recognize that religion has reached its apex and is no longer effective so they are turning their focus on education. Don’t get me wrong; religion as a tool for Thought Replacement is still very strong. In America, Black people are thought to forgive egregious injustices such as the dis-proportionate police killing of Black people. “Forgiveness is good and God will love you more”, they preach. In Africa, Africans are being subliminally thought that white people are good through Aid organizations and Charities.

By increasing their focus on education, white supremacists are now trying to ban all education about slavery. In instances where they can’t help it because it would de-legitimize the importance of their own heroes, they’re trying to sugar-coat slavery by saying that it was not all that bad. Black people were treated well by plantation owners, Black people were well fed and lived rent free in exchange for helping America become the richest country on Earth. The primary excuse against what white supremacists term as “Critical Race Theory” is that white people of today should not be made to “feel guilty” about what their white ancestors did 200 to 300 years ago. If so, then why are they treating Black people the same as their ancestors did back then?

If you aren’t aware about the character of white supremacists well just observe the global political activities of the Covid-19 pandemic. First of all, for all those who may believe in a Grand Deception conspiracy, there is no such thing. Black people are dying from the pandemic in disproportionate numbers but there are obvious reasons for it. We don’t wholeheartedly trust the medical system, which is run by whites and we are not as healthy due to financial insecurity and unhealthy eating habits. The simple fact that our medical research organizations are not at the same standards as the Fortune 500 giants puts us at 3rd class status, better known as “medical dependency”.

3rd class medical dependency means that because Africans cannot create their own vaccines, they have to buy them from 1st world countries, which puts Africans in debt financially. It also means that African populations can be cut off or quarantined in a crisis such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately for them, they can blame Africa all they want but they cannot escape pandemic diseases. They closed their borders and pacified the fears of their citizens with Thought Replacement Therapy by telling them that Omicron cannot enter but it didn’t work. That is because Covid-19 variants develop because of two conditions.

The first condition is that when Covid-19 infects the majority of a population, the saturation creates a strong virus that will further grows in strength by mutating to solidify its hold and to ensure its survival. The second way is that when the Covid-19 virus encounters resistance in vaccinated people, it naturally begins to mutate to try to overcome the opposition. This means that vaccinated as well as non-vaccinated populations can cause the development of new Covid-19 variants.

Humans have adopted to billions of viruses and bacteria over millions of years however, history has proven that fighting disease is better than adapting to disease. Ever since we began fighting disease with vaccines, human lifespan has increased my 20 to 30 years. Despite this common-sense knowledge, white supremacists who run western governments would rather use Thought Replacement Therapy on their citizens by telling them that it is “others” who are the problem.

"This Is Your Time"

Written as a letter from civil rights activist and icon Ruby Bridges to the reader, This Is Your Time is both a recounting of Ruby’s experience as a child who had to be escorted to class by federal marshals when she was chosen to be one of the first black students to integrate into New Orleans’ all-white public school system and an appeal to generations to come to effect change.
