I think I'm just about through with all the "motivational" posts.

While I'm at it I believe I can skip the "Rise Up" and "Come Together" posts too. I heard my Father saying that when I was only seven years old. I'm 54 now. It's time to stop talking that talk.

Why? I'm seeing video after video encouraging people. There are books on these topics. (The old saying, "If you want to hide something from Black folks, put it in writing.") Okay then...There are TONS of people publicly speaking about us bettering ourselves and supporting our people's businesses. There IS NO lack of people saying encouraging things to our people.

If you can visualize this as a Quarterback throwing passes. There are a LOT of people throwing this "knowledge" pass daily. There are even organizations throwing these passes. The PROBLEM is that the receivers are dropping the pass.

The knowledge is not being received. It is being missed, pushed away or ignored. Something is wrong with our "receivers."

I'll come back with a better plan to help people RECEIVE the knowledge that is already out there.

Are there any receiver coaches out there?? :)

Note: After Mal X & Martin...the white establishment knew that to give another Black Man a voice in their media was a "Grave Mistake"

Their has been no real leadership until "Now"
