Walking our Way to Wellness - February 23, 2021
Many of us are faced with having to working from home at this time or you may already be experiencing musculoskeletal health problems. Then this event is for you!

Walking, most of us do it. But do we do it well? How do we protect our back? Moving around your house, commuting, or light exercises, walking is an everyday activity many of us do without thinking.

We've partnered with Suffolk Black Community Forum, to give you some tips and insight on walking, and how to protect our backs on a daily basis. This online event will give you an understanding of how to reduce back pain through walking.

We are honoured to be collaborating with this organisation, in the ‘Walking our Way to Wellness’ event on 23rd February 2021 at 19:30 pm - 20:15 pm GMT / 2:30 am - 3: 15 pm PT ⬅️ Save the date!
We accept donations as little as £1!

As walking is the key to life. It is a complete whole-body activity that most of us know how to do, but not as efficiently as it can be. ‘The Way to Walk’ ebook will enable you to take back control of your body, allowing you to walk and strengthen at the same time leaving you feeling Resilient, Revitalised and Relieved.

"The Professionals You Should Know- "An avocado wont stop an asthma attack!" - Nutritional Medicine Consultant & Pharmacist"

Today we sat down with the lovely Susanna Fall who is a Nutritional Medicine Consultant & Pharmacist. She was kind enough to share with us her background as a Pharmacist, her passion in relation to physical and nutritional health, as well as her personal story of how she was able to make significant changes to both mind and body. Her dedication and passion to help others to lead a happy and healthy life are admirable and I hope that you enjoy this episode as much as we did learning all we could about Susanna and her work

"de book of Joseph"

Mordecai creates a cast of spirited characters who surround a down-to-earth Jesus, Mary and Joseph as they contend with the intrigue around Herod’s determination to assassinate the infant king of the Jews; the family’s escape to Egypt; and the trials they face on their return. At once humorous and tragic, playful and sober, this luminous tale of how Joseph and his families prevail over life’s vicissitudes will reward endless rereading.
