Black Women Breathe Ceremonial Series - December 14, 2020
Join me for full moon and new moon sister circles where we will do breath work, meditation, group reiki, and group oracle card readings!

About this Event
We have 3 months left of 2020. It has been a very interesting year to say the least. One of the things that has been important to me is making sure that black women take time for themselves. Especially during these times of the pandemic, civil unrest, and politics of not knowing who to trust. Who is for us, who is against us.

So this inspired my movement to help black women take a collective breath! We are the earth mothers, the original mothers. We carry the load of a nation on our backs. We are the bread winners, child bearers, the counselors of our friends and families. Everything! Well it's time for you to take a time out and focus on your own sacred pathway. Time for you to become more grounded so that you can truly feel at home in your body, mind and spirit.

These ceremonies are for black women who:

Are feeling the pressure and discomfort of what's happening in the world right now.
Feel overwhelmed with the thought of social injustices toward black people
Feel hopeless regarding your future because the energy of 2020 has been so heavy
Aren't sleeping well due to anxiety, frustration, and overwhelm
Are sick and tired of being sick and tired
Are ready to feel better in their mind, body and spirit
Believe me when I say, I feel you, I see you and I understand! These ceremonies will be held every full moon and new moon until the end of 2020.

During these ceremony sessions we will do:

Visualization Meditation
Breath Work
Sound Therapy
Oracle Card Readings
I can't wait to meet you! We begin on October 1st, Harvest Moon. That's first ceremony is called, "Call in Your Harvest"!! I'm so excited to be in ceremony with you. Share this event with other black women who need to breathe!

"The Professionals You Should Know - 1 in 3 women are affected..."

In this series we will be conversing with professionals from different industries, discussing their journey on how they became 'The Professionals You Should Know.

Today we sat down with Ruqayyah Adeoye who is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She was kind enough to share with us her joys in helping others understand and know their body, why she chose such a specialised route, and the significant changes she is making within her local community. There's a lot to learn in this episode, beneficial for all but especially women!
