Education is one of the most important means of empowering women with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence necessary to participate fully in the development process.

Increasing women’s and girls’ educational attainment contributes to women’s economic empowerment and more inclusive economic growth. Women’s economic equality is good for business. Companies greatly benefit from increasing employment and leadership opportunities for women, which is shown to increase organizational effectiveness and growth. It is estimated that companies with three or more women in senior management functions score higher in all dimensions of organizational performance.

The year 2021 witness campaign of empowerment and advocacy through the convener of Rebuild Afrika foundation, Amb. Prince Adesegun Samuel Egunjobi who devoted his time, resources and network towards women empowerment, girl child support programmes, youths capacity building initiative through Skills, Talents and Intelligence Revolution (S.T.I.R) in Nigeria.

With determination and commitment to spread the gospel of empowerment and development to other parts of the world as part of the pledge to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Rebuild Afrika Foundation in Partnership with the Srishti Bharat Foundation are organizing a webinar to highlights and dissect the significance of education and training to the development of Girl child and financial Independence of women.

Hallo everyone I am starting a community project to help needy children in our our slums by providing them with free sanitary towels ,since majority come from poor families who can't afford the sanitary towels leave alone having three decent meals in a day .majority of the girls are forced to stay away from school during their mens and missing on learning time which affect their grades .

"The Root"

The Root is an African American-oriented online magazine. It was launched on January 28, 2008, by Henry Louis Gates Jr. and Donald E. Graham. It was owned by Graham Holdings Company through its online subsidiary, The Slate Group.

In 2015, Graham Holdings sold The Root to Univision Communications.[3] The site was subsequently re-launched under the Kinja platform used by other Gizmodo Media Group (formerly Gawker Media) websites.
