Black History Month 2022 has arrived in an era when it's quite evident that Blackness is under siege. White supremacists, under the control of Sanity Resistance Ideology, are hard at work limiting the liberties of Black people in America and we know that if they succeed, they will be emboldened to expand their devilish ways worldwide. Therefore, it’s time once again to reiterate the importance of Black history to our youth and to those among us who’ve been bamboozled by pop-culture and the kum-ba-ya effects of religion.

This year’s Black History Month celebrations are met with the usual distractions from Black people who are wading in a river of mis-information, staying afloat with the aid of beliefs that they belong to other races, cultures, or religions. At the same time, the Demon that is white supremacy is summoning the fires of Hell to turn the heat up to Fahrenheit 451 in order to burn all Black history and culture books into ashes. 

We all know that the global Black community is not a single cohesive unit. Some even say there is no such thing as a Black Race in the first place as there are too many cultural and tribal differences among the Melinated people of the world. However, one only has to look at what happened to Whoopi Goldberg recently when she stated that the Holocaust was not about race. She was attacked and suspended from her TV show by people who pointed out that it was about race and that she was mis-informed.

The point of the argument is that Race is a real thing so even if you as a Melinated person chooses not to categorize yourself according to race, society will do it for you. The smart option is to make the choice yourself and learn about all the ways your race is a valid part of the dysfunctional human family. You should also know that Black is a description of a race and not a race itself but after accepting oneself as “Black”, a sense of kinship to all other Black people should follow. It is then that you might empathize with the plight of Black Americans who are constantly being haunted and terrorized by white supremacist demons.  

The most sensible thing about racism that I’ve ever heard is that all the civil liberties that Black people have ever “gained” were not gains at all. They were simply white people getting saner because how can someone fight for something that is already an inherent right? Never the less, up until the emergence of Trump in the political arena, Black Americans were making social gains and white Americans were getting saner. Social activist groups such as Black Lives Matter were attacking the consciences of white Americans, forcing them to address Police brutality and other injustices. Statues and symbols of white supremacy were being taken down and laws to address racism and discrimination were being passed.    

Now, in 2022, the work by white supremacists to reverse the trend of sanity improvement among white Americans is in full overdrive. White supremacists are on a mission to ban the teaching of any education that mentions the inhumanity of slavery, discrimination, criminalization, and the marginalization of Black people in American society for fear that such material might affect the consciences of white youth; forcing white youth back onto the path of sanity.

White supremacists are also fully engaged in a mission to cut Black participation in politics so that Black Americans will have less or no say in who governs the country at a federal and state level. They are currently engaged in carrying out numerous devious initiatives to achieve this goal including the use of physical intimidation, re-districting, disqualifications, and limiting polling stations among other things. The last white supremacist president made sure to stack the courts with white supremacist sympathizing judges to prevent challenges to these initiatives. Finally, they’ve criminalized Black social activists as domestic terrorists and made it easier for white supremacists to harm or kill them with impunity.

Blackness is under siege but if you are not up for the fight then continue to party, get high, and fool yourself that race no longer matters in 2022. Black Americas are feeling the fire from white supremacist demons but are putting up a brave fight. I’m sure that all conscientious Black people all over the world sympathize with them as I do because we know that adversity can only make strong people stronger. Their bravery in the face of relentless despair will be a valuable addition to the richness of Black history. 320ro
