"Black Man of the Nile and His Family"

Black Man of the Nile and His Family, first published in 1972, is Dr. Ben's best known work. It captures much of the substance of his early research on Ancient Africa. In a masterful and unique manner, Dr. Ben uses Black Man of the Nile to challenge and expose "Europeanized" African history. He points out distortion after distortion made in the long record of African contributions to world civilization. Once exposed, he attacks these distortions with a vengeance, providing a spellbinding corrective lesson in OurStory.

Blaqsbi is Permanently Shutting Down - June 14, 2024

It has been more than a six(6) year effort to build and maintain a platform where black people can be proud to call home. We are sad to announce that due to lack of interest from the black community this effort will soon end.

On Friday, June 14, 2024 at 8:00 PM EST the Blaqsbi platform will end its services permanently.

Polls

In light of the fact that Racial Trauma in the forms of Transmitted Traumatic Stressors, Vicarious Traumatic Stressors, Direct Traumatic Stressors, Systemic Racism, and Individual Racism are all valid clinical stressors on the African community, DO YOU BELIEVE that African people should make it a priority to 1) Build monuments to memorialize and honor our ancestors while also asserting a true narrative of resistance and 2) Actively work to develop the framework, tools, and strategy to heal masses of African people across the diaspora?
