The 56-year-old brothers graduated as co-valedictorians from their high school in Richmond before attending the same college and medical school. They were the first members of their family to earn college degrees and pursue careers in medicine. After building successful careers at hospitals across Georgia, they recently accepted leadership roles in the city where their story began.
Overcoming Initial Hesitations
The brothers admitted that they once hesitated to practice medicine in Richmond because they worried about treating people they had grown up with. However, years of experience and confidence in their skills eventually eased those concerns. Now, they are embracing the opportunity to provide high-quality care to their hometown community.
