The ISM is a platform for dialogue on issues such as terrorism, climate change, pandemic response, and multilateral cooperation. This year’s meeting saw the participation of 126 delegations from 104 countries, including members of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), SCO, ASEAN, CIS, the League of Arab States, AU, CSTO, and other international organizations.
