Yesterday, I signed into law the 2026 Appropriation Bill of ₦1.016 trillion, a budget we have aptly titled the “Budget of Acceleration and New Possibilities.”
The budget reflects our unwavering commitment to building a prosperous Abia, a state where opportunities abound and infrastructure works for the people. It is a bold, forward-looking financial plan that prioritises capital investments in healthcare, education, infrastructure, and economic empowerment.
