He was received by the Group President, Dr. Eruani Azibapu, who led him and his entourage through the refinery’s ISBL base unit, which is now 90% complete. Goodluck Jonathan expressed delight at the level of progress recorded so far and inspected the newly acquired helicopters, which will be used for project supervision and guest transportation to the refinery site.
