From every corner, near and far, Black and brown, like a guiding star. We gather here, a kindred throng, Where truth resides, and spirits strong. Unapologetically we speak, Of battles fought, triumphs won, and futures bleak. The chains of silence, we unbind, Exploring minds, and hearts entwined. Our struggles shared, our burdens known, Seeds of resilience, we have sown. Beyond the pain, a vision bright, An economic, rising light. Together we build, together we grow, A powerful current, starting to flow. From commerce born, and dreams held dear, A network forged, dispelling fear. Investing wisely, hand in hand, Claiming our stake, across the land. No longer bound by others' rules, We craft our fortunes, and break the tools That held us back, in shadows deep, Now the creation ownership, equity and the promise power and control, we will keep. A seat at the table, we demand, Our voices heard, throughout the land. For policy's change, and power's might, We rise together, bathed in light.
