A young Black woman was running towards him, handcuffed and being pursued by another vehicle. Moore's dashcam captured the entire ordeal, which would later become crucial evidence for authorities.
The Kidnapper's Desperate Attempt
According to reports, the kidnapper, Jonathan Willard, 39, of New Ellenton, flashed a badge and claimed to be an officer. However, Moore noticed that Willard appeared angry and drove off towards New Ellenton. The young woman, desperate for help, told Moore about the attempted kidnapping and begged him to assist her.

Moore, who serves as both a pastor at Amazing Grace Ministries in Denmark, South Carolina, and a 27-year Army veteran, attributed his timely intervention to 'a divine assignment from God.' He emphasized that had he been on the road just a minute earlier, he wouldn't have seen the young woman. Moore's selfless act has left many in awe of his bravery and faith.
